Abstract: The fetal heart rate is an important physiological index on clinical fetal monitoring, however, in the signal extraction process, the fetal heart rate accuracy is under a bad influence, because of its complex of the original signal component and the serious noise. In order to extract the fetal heart rate exactly, this paper proposes a new denoising algorithm based on the wavelet threshold and the adaptive line enhancement algorithm. Experimental results show that the new algorithm can reduce the calculations and noises, and the fetal heart rate value calculations are more accurate.
